Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Statlyapp LLC (“Statly”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, who processes it, and the choices and rights you have — including how to delete your account. Information & analytics only — we never take bets. 21+.

Who we are & what this covers

Statlyapp LLC (“Statly”, “we”) operates the website statlyapp.com and the Statly iOS app. Statly is a sports information & analytics service — we are not a sportsbook: we never take bets, hold funds, or process wagers. This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use and share it, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it. Statly is for adults 21+.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • Identity & account: your name and/or display name, email address, and a unique account/user ID. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the basic profile those services return.
  • Authentication data: a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text), and session tokens used to keep you signed in. If you use social sign-in, an authentication identifier from that provider.
  • Purchase & subscription status: which plan you hold and whether it is active, trialing, or cancelled, plus the associated transaction/entitlement identifier. Payments are processed by Apple (in-app purchases) or Stripe (web) — we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Group-posted content: text posts, comments, and messages you write, and images you upload (e.g. group logos and post photos) in the community & Groups features, along with any creator picks you publish.
  • Live-audio participation: if you join a group live-audio room, your microphone audio is transmitted in real time to other participants in that room, and we process metadata about your participation (who joined which room and when). We do not record live-audio rooms.
  • Device push token (iOS app): if you turn on notifications, a device push token so we can send you the day's NFL board summary and a heads-up when a player we have published a call on has their injury status change. We do not use it for marketing, and you can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
  • Usage & diagnostic data: pages and features used, app version, browser/device type, approximate location inferred from IP address, and error/diagnostic logs — used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • Age & consent: a record that you confirmed you are 21+ and your cookie choice at the age gate.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your age-gate confirmation. We may use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand which features are used so we can improve them. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and the iOS app does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA).

How we use your data

To create and secure your account and authenticate you; to provide and improve the service; to manage your subscription and entitlements; to power Groups and live-audio rooms; to send you service and, where permitted, product messages and the alerts you opted into; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with our legal obligations. We show probabilities and analysis for informational purposes only — never guaranteed outcomes.

Who we share it with, and why — and what we don’t

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that help us run Statly, each limited to what its job requires:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication; stores your account, content, and subscription-status records.
  • Cloudflare — hosts and serves the application and protects it from abuse.
  • RevenueCat — manages Apple in-app subscriptions and tells us your entitlement/purchase status so we can unlock Premier.
  • Apple — processes in-app purchases you make in the iOS app, under Apple’s own privacy policy.
  • Stripe — processes payments for subscriptions purchased on the web only; not used for in-app purchases.
  • LiveKit — powers real-time group live-audio rooms; transmits your microphone audio and participation metadata to the other people in the room while you are connected.
  • Email provider — sends account, security, and support emails (where enabled).
  • Product-analytics provider — receives privacy-respecting usage data (where enabled) so we can improve features.

When you tap a sportsbook or daily-fantasy link, you leave Statly and that operator’s own privacy policy applies; we may receive aggregate referral data, never your betting activity. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. Public content you posted (e.g. group messages) may persist unless you remove it before deletion. We do not retain live-audio content because rooms are not recorded.

Deleting your account & data

You can delete your account and its associated personal data at any time, right inside the app. Go to Account → Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and personal data (subject to the limited legal-retention exceptions above).

Prefer to do it by email? Write to support@statlyapp.com from your account email and we will delete your account for you. Note that cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting your account — manage an Apple subscription in your Apple ID settings, or a web subscription from your account billing settings.

Your rights & choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can turn off notifications in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the CCPA (California — to know, delete, and opt out of “sale”; note we do not sell data) or the GDPR/UK GDPR (EEA/UK — access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection). Contact us to exercise any of these.

Children & 21+

Statly is intended only for adults 21 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on our database, and PCI-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We’ll revise the “last updated” date below and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
